By accessing or using CaseStar (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of AI Services

CaseStar utilizes artificial intelligence to provide coaching and feedback. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or hallucinated. You should verify critical information independently.
• AI coaching is for educational and practice purposes only and does not guarantee employment at any consulting firm.
• You will not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro Account"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, drills, cases, and software within the Service are the property of CaseStar or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own interview preparation.

5. ChatGPT App Store Integration

Our Service is available via the ChatGPT App Store. Your use of the CaseStar App for ChatGPT is subject to both these Terms and OpenAI's Terms of Use. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of the ChatGPT platform itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseStar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
