- Personalize your learning experience (e.g., identifying weaknesses and recommending drills).

4. Data Sharing and AI Subprocessors

When you use CaseStar via our ChatGPT App/Plugin:
- ChatGPT sends us your message content and a unique user identifier.
- We use this data to run the requested coaching agent or drill.
- We return coaching feedback, scores, and widget URLs to ChatGPT to display to you.
- We do not retain raw chat logs from ChatGPT indefinitely, only the structured results (scores, feedback) needed for your progress tracking.
